At Firni, we craft each piece with care, and we hope you love it as much as we loved making it. As a small-batch, thoughtfully produced brand, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@shopfirni.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We’ll review your request and offer a replacement or resolution wherever possible.

Please Note:

  • Minor variations in color, weave, or finish are a natural part of handcrafted products and not considered defects.
  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size choices, or delivery delays caused by external logistics providers.
